 | The shape of PL series lyophilizers are rectangle type. The material of product tray is AISI316L stainless steel, the inner chamber, shelves and door is made of AISI316L stainless steel. The outer surface decorating plate and vapor condenser coils are made of AISI304 stainless steel. Pharmaceutical raw materials will be frozen in-situ, so users only need to put them into trays, and put trays onto the shelves of lyophilizer. Close the door and start the automatic operation program. The operators do not have to wait several hours for products to freeze, nor do they need to move frozen material from one location to another. After the product is dried, it can be unloaded. To process big quantity pharmaceutical raw materials, a bigger lyophilizer can be customized with single chamber or with double chambers and double doors. The chambers are divided into an independent drying chamber and condenser chamber. This type of lyophilizer is pretty good to process the raw material with strong smell. |
 | A trolley with four wheels can be provided as an option for trays loading and unloading. Due to the cost of pharmaceutical raw materials are very expensive, the configuration of pharmaceutical lyophilizers are always higher what they really needed, even with a backup as an option. Therefore, the installed power of PL series lyophilizers are much higher than other types of freeze dryers which means the cost will be much higher too. PL series lyophilizers are with accurate monitoring and control of pressure, temperature, flow, etc., and the system is with complete protection. Industrial computer or mobile app remote monitoring are also available as options. There are 4 languages are supplied to control panel to meet the needs of different customers. The PL series lyophilizers can be supplied to overseas users to meet the requirements of different voltages and frequencies. On-site installation guidance, equipment commissioning and staff training services are provided to overseas users. Two-years warranty and free lifetime after-sales technical consulting services are offered to the PL series freeze dryers. |
