The EL series freeze dryers are economical, based on carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and domestic accessories. This is a cost-effective product, with the same price, you can get a larger capacity; with the same capacity, you will spend less money. This is for large freeze-dried production, but limited budget.

The EL series freeze dryers are mainly used in food, health products, nutrition products, biological products, pet food, coffee, milk and other industries. Already frozen product can be used for direct freeze-drying. If fresh products are used, it must be frozen in advance by refrigerator, blast freezer, or in-place freezing. If refrigerator or blast freezer with independent refrigeration system is used, the product can be frozen while previous batch is in freeze-drying to save production time. Users only need to load tray with pre-treated product into the machine, and start the automatic operation program.

The EL series freeze dryers are compact design. Small and medium size can be loaded by 20’ or 40’ container. It would greatly save the cost of transportation. The shelf and chamber can be disconnected, and double rail is supplied to each model. The shelf system can be moved out of the chamber for a faster and more convenient loading and unloading or repair. Due to compact design, the inner space of the chamber is saved and more material can be loaded into the chamber. The integration and optimization of the chamber structure improved the space utilization; thus, it reduced the power of the supporting system and saved energy consumption. For international users, the transportation cost is greatly reduced, and the installation area is reduced accordingly.

The EL series freeze dryers are with perfect monitor and control of pressure, temperature, flow, etc., and the system is with complete protection. Industrial computer or mobile app remote monitoring are also available as options. There are 4 languages are supplied to control panel to meet the needs of different customers from different countries.
